In TeacherZone, you can easily pull student/parent information from AIMsi!

- First, provide an API Key to TeacherZone from AIMsi:
- Next, from the student/parent add screen you'll now see a Tri-Tech pull icon:
- Then, add a student: for adult students, use the name that matches. For children, please choose the correct dependant:
- Then, choose "yes", and plug in the username and password.
- Or, add a parent/guardian: If you want to add a parent/guardian account, navigate to parent page beneath "members", and click "Add New" t0 create a new parent/guardian account. Add the record that does NOT have a dependant. Then select their student/s names and save:

Note: Integration into AIMsi requires v12 Active E-setup

- Maintenance > ledger > payment category
- Add a description: “TeacherZone”
- Add a type: “Regular Payment”
- Add the ledger to associate it with
- Go to Maintenance > XML/EDI – XML/EDI Setup
- Select Active-e TeacherZone
- Select “Enable TeacherZone”
- Enter the username provided by TeacherZone
- Enter the Password provided by TeacherZone
- Add the Member ID provided by TeacherZone
- Add your invoice category (your non-inventory category that you are selling)
- For "Misc Payment Category", select TeacherZone and save
- As classes are sold and paid for, payment and ledger records are created in AIMsi:
Keep in mind that Tri-Tech offers the flexibility to create unlimited custom payment types to suit your specific needs.
- To configure all payment types, including custom options such as cash or check, simply enter the desired type:
Note: TZCC TZACH and TZ PAY are default vault values.
