      Group/Classes Billing Plans (Plan Builder)

      Here is an overview look on how to build group lesson plans in our plan builder!

      • There are two very unique options with our group classes:
      • This function is for setting up:
        • Groups
        • Multiple student classes
        • "Camps" or recitals (summer, special classes, etc)
        • Night classes
        • Any scenario with more than one student

      • From there you'll make choices about:
        • Schedule details (when does the class occur? How often? What time?)
        • Billing details (what is the price for the class and how often does it recur?)
        • Registration options (this is in regard to a widget that is tied to this plan or online registration)

      • Things to remember when building group billing plans: 


        • Once the group plan is built, it will automatically schedule the corresponding class onto the chosen teacher's weekly schedule. Here is how to book students into a group WITH the billing plan attached - this is also where you will decide further billing details such as the payment start/recurring date, payment method, etc:
